| bookings & cancellations: | bookings require a credit card warranty telephone bookings are not guaranteed. we'd kindly ask to use our online booking or write us an e-mail. without written confirmation of your booking by fax or e-mail, it is not guaranteed your room will be ready for you. |

cancellations are accepted only by writing cancellations or change of bookings less than 8 days prior to arrival will be charged the full confirmed amount of your reservation, irrespective of the reason for the change or cancellation! this also and particularly applies for premature departure, no shows for any reason whatsoever, including family reasons, health problems or any other. |

| check in & check-out: | rooms are usually ready for check in around 15:00, depending on overall occupation, this can also be a little later. breafast is served until 11:00 from our buffet in the restaurant between 14:00 and 18:30 there is no service in the restaurant or bar. the public spaces are accessible only for hotel guests for whom we always prepare some sweet bits, a whole range of freshly brewed coffees and teas and in summer home made iced tea as much as you want. check out is at 13:00 we accept cash in CHF, bank notes in EUR, GBP, USD and credit cards from diners club, visa, mastercard, amex, ec, maestro and our own gift vouchers. |
